  • Q View answer What happens once I complete the Business Audit?

    Once you have completed your business audit it will be automatically emailed to the Investment and Enterprise Development Officer for assessment. The Investment and Enterprise Development Officer will construct a tailored action plan for your business and arrange to have a short meeting with yourself and any other relevant staff. Once the action plan has been agreed then the Investment and Enterprise Development Officer will liaise with the Evolution Project stakholder partners and specialist business advisers to assign your business to the relevant stakeholder partner or specialist business adviser for help in achieving the actions agreed on your action plan.

  • Q View answer Who has access to our business information and Business Audit?

    Information provided by you on your business and the answers that you have provided on the Business Audit can only be accessed by the Investment and Enterprise Development Officer and the stakeholder partner(s) or specialist business adviser(s) that have been assigned to you. The Investment and Enterprise Development Officer will liaise with you and your staff prior to stakeholder partners or business advisers being assigned to your business.

    Once you have completed your software audit it will be automatically emailed to the Investment and Enterprise Development Officer for assessment. The Investment and Enterprise Development Officer will construct a tailored action plan for your business and arrange to have a short meeting with yourself and any other relevant staff. Once the action plan has been agreed then the Investment and Enterprise Development Officer will liaise with the Southern Regional Colleges Open Source Centre and specialist business advisers to assign your business to either the Open Source Centre or specialist business adviser for help in achieving the actions agreed on your action plan.

  • Q View answer Who has access to business information and IT Audit?

    Information provided by you on your business and the answers that you have provided on the Business Audit can only be accessed by the Investment and Enterprise Development Officer, Southern Regional Colleges Open Source Centre and specialist business adviser(s) that have been assigned to you. The Investment and Enterprise Development Officer will liaise with you and your staff prior to the Open Source Centre and business advisers being assigned to your business.

  • Q View answer Is there any cost to participating in the Evolution Project?

    Support for businesses through the Evolution Project is free of charge. However all registered businesses will be required to work towards the completion of a targeted action plan provided by the Economic Development department at Castlereagh Borough Council and implemented by project partners and specialist business advisers. In the event of key targets on the action plan are not completed Castlereagh Borough Council reserves the right to charge the participating business a fee of 150 to cover costs incurred by the Council.

    The Evolution Project website is wholly owned by Castlereagh Borough Council and the content is copyrighted. You may not reuse images, brand logos,case studies and other material which is marked as being owned by a third party, or subject to third party copyright.

    You must comply with the applicable licence terms for each individual piece of material.

    To summarise, you cannot:

    • Reproduce images or case studies.
    • Reuse the Evolution Project logo without permission
    • Reuse third party material without permission.
